Application
When coloring various plastics, a certain proportion can be directly added to the plastics and evenly mixed, which can be pre molded or molded, and the hue concentration can be adjusted according to the demand. The dye can obtain bright transparent tone in transparent and clean resin. If combined with an appropriate amount of titanium dioxide and dye, it can obtain translucent or opaque tone. The dosage can be agreed as needed. The general dosage of transparent tone is 0.02% – 0.05%, and the normal dosage of opaque tone is about 0.1%.
It is mainly used for coloring various resins, such as polystyrene, ABS, plexiglass and PVC. It is also used for coloring acetate fiber and polyester fiber pulp to get yellow light and red. Sun resistance up to grade 7-8 and heat resistance up to 300-320 ℃.The product has the advantages of strong coloring power, good heat resistance, high sun fastness, acid and alkali resistance and bright color. It is widely used for coloring daily plastics, bobbin materials, industrial grease, paint ink, color masterbatch and other materials. Some varieties are suitable for coloring and spinning of chemical fiber, polyester, nylon, acetate fiber and so on.
